A Quiet Life came about as a result of my own desire for a more intentional, less distracted way of living, our shop is a reflection of that ambition. We offer a curated collection of simple, useful pieces for your home.

From unique vintage finds, to handpicked homewares and items we craft ourselves, every piece is chosen with practicality and daily life in mind, yet each one is special enough to treasure and pass on for years to come.

We will also be hosting workshops and events throughout the year.

Join Rachel at the A Quiet Life Studio for this spring painting workshop. Get creative and capture a seasonal scene full of colour and folk charm to cherish in your home. Making use of often wasted half-used tester paints and acrylics you will be guided in expressing your own creativity, while simply enjoying the process of mixing colours and making your mark.

Home-baked goods and seasonal drinks will be served on arrival. A wholesome activity to enjoy this season.

Please note, our unit is on the ground floor so is wheelchair accessible. We have access to a toilet but it is up a flight of stairs.

All orders are placed as a pre-order with bread saws ready for collection from the shop on Saturday 21st and 28th February. If delivery is selected they will be posted by 28th February.

The bread saws are made right-handed, please send an email to aquietlife.studio@gmail.com with your order number to request a left-handed bread saw.

This product is only available to those over 18 years old due to the sharp blade. Proof of age will be required if you choose to have the bread saw delivered.
